Giraffe manor is situated in the Nairobi suburb of langata. Set in 140 acres of indigenous forest, the manor has views of Mt Kilimanjaro and the Ngong hills.
There are 2 double rooms, 3 twin rooms and a family suite. All rooms are en suite and elegantly furnished.
Ole-sereni is the name given to this part of Nairobi that lies between the airport, Nairobi national park and the city center. There are 134 en-suite rooms made up pf 58 superior rooms, 48 deluxe rooms with park view, 26 club rooms with either park or city view and 2 executive suites.
The mail conference hall seats 500 pax and can be divided into 5 rooms. There are also 3 large meeting rooms, a board room and 4 small, meeting rooms. All rooms are fully equipped with PA systems, LCD projectors, WIFI and video audio conferencing facilities.
There are 165 en-suite rooms made up of 52 Fairmont rooms, 41 Fairmont courtyard rooms and 31 deluxe rooms.there are also 15 junior suites, 2 karura suites, 7 duplex suites, 8 signature suites and 9 acacia suites. The Norfolk has 3 fully equipped conference rooms and 4 boardrooms.
The sarova Stanley has 217 en-suite aircon rooms on 8 floors made up of 90 deluxe double, 64 deluxe twin, 6 deluxe triple, 2 courier single with single beds, 32 club rooms, 3 junior suites, 2 state suites, 1 presidential suite and 1 penthouse.
Centrally located at the central business district of Nairobi, sarova Stanley has 9 meeting and conference rooms and a fully equipped business center with state of the art audio visual equipment and Wi-Fi.Acacia camp is situated on swara plains wildlife sanctuary, a 20,000 acre private ranch on the kapiti plains. Both Mt Kenya to the north and Mt Kilimanjaro to the south are visible from the ranch. The ranch boast a resident population of 3000 game animals. Giraffe, wildebeest, eland, Oryx, zebra, kongoni and impala are plentiful. Birdlife is plentiful with over 270 species identified on the ranch.
Accommodation is rustic but comfortable. There are 13 bandas, all en-suite. The main mess area is open with views if the garden.
Swara plains is also home of the award winning children’s bestseller, How it was with Dooms.Maasai ostrich resort is located at the farm near Athi River and the Kitengela plains. The resort has 40 rooms made up of singles, doubles and family cottages surrounded by gardens. It has a restaurant that serves an international buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has 4 conference rooms that can accommodate between 15-150 people and are ideal for seminars, workshops, weddings, conventions and social and cultural events.
Activities include a tour of the ostrich farm and riding ostriches. A resident naturalist is available to take guest on game walks and bird walks. Game drives in Nairobi national Park can also be arranged.Osoita lodge is located along the Nazarene University road, off magadi road, langata. The lodge nears the deep gorge of the Mbagathi River and adjoins Nairobi national park. The lodge welcomes conferences, family lunches, exhibitions, seminars, weddings, private parties and team building activities. There are 16 en-suite rooms with balconies overlooking the swimming pool. It has an international menu including barbecues, Indian and continental cuisines. It serves both buffets and a la carte. Palm court seats 150 pax, hibiscus, and jasmine and orchid each seats 100 pax and tulip seats 40. There are 3 walnuts halls, each seating 220 that can be joined to form 1 large hall. Breakfast is included in the rate and are served in the hotel, lunch and dinner can be eaten at any of the 4 restaurants at the Fairview or any restaurant in Nairobi. There are 12 standard en-suite twin rooms, the 12 superior rooms, with twin, double or triple beds. The 14 deluxe rooms have fireplaces and balconies with panoramic views of mt kenya. There are 5 self-catering cottages with 2 or 3 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchenettes and 5 self-catering country homes in private compounds with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes and dining rooms.

There are 43 standard rooms, 5 triples and 2 suites. Guests check in at the outspan hotel. Treetops is located where there is the highest concentration of wildlife in the aberdare national park. Rare animals include, black rhino, the elusive bongo, the giant forest hog and civet and several cats. 290 bird species have been recorded. Treetops offers a full day tour during which guests ascend through bamboo forest first to chania falls then magura falls and finally the spectacular 300m karuru falls.

The ark operates with thee aberdare country club. Guests stay at the country club for a night or just stop for luch and are transferred to the ark at 2.30 or 5.30. there are 63 ensuite made up of 7 singles, 39 twins, 9 triples and 8 doubles with queen beds. Game viewing is good with buffalo and elephants seen almost every night. Bongo, giant forest hog and suni are among the rare mammals species spotted here, while hertlobs turaco, red-fronted parrot and Egyptian geese are among the rare bird species.
There are 10 spacious tents, 2 honeymoon suites and 2 cottages. All tents and cottages are en-suite and are tastefully furnished with 4 – poster beds and African rustic furniture and can be double, twin or triple as required. Sangare Lake is home to over 300 species of birds as well as migratory birds. Activities range from mountain biking to boat trips and from fly fishing to horse riding. Game drives to aberdare national park and solio ranch are also available. The clubs 1300 acre wildlife sanctuary is rich with elands, gazelles, zebras, giraffes and the more reclusive leopards. The club holds 107 guests in 36 cottages and 12 rooms. The bedrooms are all en-suite. The 4 conference rooms are equipped with a full range of audio visual equipment. Activities include game drive in the salient and solio ranch, horse riding and trout fishing.

There are 6 en-suite tents comfortably furnished with double and single beds. The camp has solar powered lighting, no generator and strict policies on water and waste disposal. As well as day and night game drives, guided walks with local maasai warriors are available. Expeditions on horseback are a unique way to view ol pajeta conservancy. Visits to the morani information center and rhino holding pens and to sweetwaters chimpanzee sanctuary can be arranged.

There are 6 en-suite rooms made up of twins, doubles and 1 triple. Activities include both day and night game drives as well as game viewing on horseback. Guests are also welcome to participate in the lion tracking programme which monitors the lions in the area. Visits to the morani information center and rhino holding pens can be arranged. The camp is closed during the rains in april and may.

The 2 self-catering cabins have open fires and scenic mountain views. The main cabin has a sitting and dining area, an en-suite bedroom and a furnished kitchen. The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably, but 4 more beds can be added if required. Birdlife is extensive and includes the scarlet-tufted malachite sunbird seen most mornings from the breakfast table. For those interested in fishing, both lake rutundu and lake alice are stocked with rainbow trout and the crystal clear waters of kizita river gorge have a small brown trout.
There are 15 en-suite cabins. The cabins are furnished. Activities include game drives in meru national park, local farm visits and trips to joy and gorge adamson’s old base camp. Birdlife is prolific and bird watching is recommended both during game drives and in the comfort of the lodge. There are 8 en-suite rooms. The rooms are made of canvas and local hardwood. There is also a swimming pool and a spa with massage and other treatments. Game drives cover meru national park and the rhino sanctuary. Other activities include mountain biking, river fishing, guided nature trail walks, bird walks and cultural visits to nearby meru villages. Nearby places of interest include, kilimajero caldera, an extinct volcano crater good for hiking and bicycling and mururi swamps where rhino are often spotted at dawn and dusk. Elsa’s kopje has 8 en-suite, open designer cottages made up of 7 doubles and 1 twin. Elsa’s private house has 2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, a large private living and dining area, a private garden and a swimming pool. Elsa’s honeymoon suite is a triple level cottage with a sitting room and en-suite double bedroom. There are 6 en-suite tents made up of 3 twins and 3 doubles. Activities include day and evening game drives, bush breakfast, picnics and sundowners. Fly fishing in the local rivers is also on offer. There are 4 cottages, 2 with en-suite double bedroom and 2 with en-suite twin bedroom. Activities include, day and night game drives, lion tracking, game walks, camel trekking, fishing and daily ranch life. Visits to the mugie rhino sanctuary, the weekly market in suguta marmar and mugie school supported by mugie wildlife conservancy are on offer. An introduction to the pokot and Samburu traditional ways of life are also available. For an extra charge, clay pegion shooting, visit to the local village and a day to porro maralal, the roof of the world are on offer.
